Returns

We will gladly accept your wish to exchange or return on the following conditions:

  • Customers wishing to exchange garments must contact Lune within 5 days of receiving their parcel.
  • The customer is responsible for all additional delivery charges when returning or exchanging a garment. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and will need to be in its original packaging. The garment must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
  • If you are exchanging an item and your size is not available in stock then you may select to either be reimbursed with a digital gift card or a full refund. All refunds will be sent via EFT within 10 days.
